Caorle-Eraclea-Duna Verde-Porto S. Margherita-Caorle
A tour through the lush green of unspoilt nature and the blue of the sea, which runs along the handy cycle lane known as the Beaches Route. Leave the centre of Caorle to head into the rural landscape of the reclaimed countryside where, cycling along the banks of the canals, you reach Eraclea. Not to be missed is a visit to Mort Lagoon, an area of great natural importance, created after 1936, following a flood of the Piave River. This area has a precious and delicate ecosystem, characterised by shallow waters and sandy bottoms, a destination for many species of birds and with a rich vegetation. Continue in the direction of the sea towards the splendid pine forest of Eraclea. The return journey is along a long straight stretch that pass through the garden city of Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita. It is possible to lengthen the itinerary by cycling the entire route as far as Jesolo, for a total of 55 km.

Safely accessible from spring to autumn. Useful to set off with a good supply of water.
